5 cats, again

I got to the Y early to pick up Not-So-Baby H from preschool. Since Nonami was asleep in the car I decided to wait to go in. I noticed two women standing next to the car in front of me; one of them was holding a small cat. I assumed one was showing the other the cat or something. Then I saw them walk to the edge of the parking lot near the wooded area. That got my attention because I was hoping they were not going to do what I thought they were about to do.

My fear was right; they dropped the cat on the grass and walked off. The cat began to follow them but they paid him no mind. I wouldn't be living up to my name if I didn't get out and try to rescue the kitty. That was easy, one call of "kitty, kitty" and he ran to me and purred as I picked him up. Now he is home with me. I don't know if he will stick around or if we will be able to keep him but at least he is not wandering around a parking near a highway.

Here is the newest addition to our household:

The other cats are hissing up a storm but Butch likes him already.
Any name suggestions?

A side note: What the hell is wrong with people? I know the odds are high that he would be killed at a shelter but that is certainly better than dumping him off in a parking lot.
